The GROM is a compact e-bike with real power under the hood.
While there are currently no laws specifying a minimum riding age for e-bikes, we recommend making a judgment call based on the rider’s capability and confidence.
Our bikes are designed for capable riders who understand the controls and ride responsibly. We suggest supervision for younger riders and always riding with an approved helmet.

1. PICKUP - We offer free assembly and pickup from Coolum Beach, QLD. Please contact us, quoting your order number to arrange a pickup time.
2. DELIVERY - We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY Australia wide!
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for pickup or delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require your bike for specific date.
