Where can I purchase a CRUZR e-bike?
You can buy directly from our website at cruzr.com.au or visit our showroom at 1/86 Quanda Road, Coolum Beach QLD.
We also have a network of stockists across Australia - head to our Find a Stockist page to find one closest to you!
Can I test ride a CRUZR?
Absolutely! Drop by our Coolum Beach showroom to see our bikes in person and take one for a spin. We promise you'll leave with a smile!
How do I become a CRUZR stockist?
We'd love to chat! Please complete the wholesale application form here and we'll get back to you shortly!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer free assembly and pickup from our Coolum Beach warehouse.
We also provide FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide for all orders over $100!
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for pickup or delivery. If you need your bike by a specific date, contact us prior to ordering.
Warranty & Repairs
Where can I get my CRUZR serviced?
Bring it to us! We offer full in-house servicing at reasonable prices.
If you are not based local to us, we also have a network of stockists and service providers across Australia. Head to our Stockists & Servicing page to find the closest to you.
Does my CRUZR come with a warranty?
Sure does! Your CRUZR comes with a 24-month warranty on all parts, to the original purchaser only, on presentation of a receipt or proof of purchase.
What We Cover
- Manufacturers faults, defects and/or failure
- Original purchasers of product where a receipt is presentable
What We Don't Cover
Claims, Damages or Failure due to:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Damage or failure due to misuse (eg. impact, collision, wheelies or freestyle activities)
- Structural damage due to misuse such as wheelies, jumps and extreme off-road activities
- Bikes which have not been properly assembled (unless assembled by CRUZR staff)
- Bikes which have not been properly maintained and regularly serviced
- Bikes which have been crashed, neglected or subjected to improper use
- Damage caused by accessories which have been improperly installed or were not intended for use on the bike
- Bikes or components which have been modified from their original condition
- Damage caused by misuse (eg. impact, collision or freestyle activities)
- Bikes that have had components removed.
- Water, natural disasters, fires, storms or floods
- Damage caused by exposure to external elements, such as scratches, blemishes, rust, corrosion or similar.
- Wear and Tear items eg. Tyres, Tubes, Bearings, Brake Pads, Discs, Seats, Perishables or Fluids.
- Fitment, Repairs or Services undertaken by other companies
- Products that were won as Prizes in exclusive competitions or giveaways
- Modification, Alterations, and DIY Installation of parts or accessories on that are not supplied as original by CRUZR or where the device is altered from its original manufacturers state

Are CRUZR e-bikes legal?
Regulations vary by state regarding speed, motor power, and pedal assist/throttle.
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself and comply with the applicable laws within the area you will be riding.
