Where do I take my CRUZR for repairs?

To us! We happily offer full servicing in-house and as with everything else we do, we keep our prices really reasonable.

Where do I buy spare parts for my CRUZR?

We carry an ever-growing range of spare parts and accessories for your CRUZR, available to purchase via our website or in-store.

Can I ride my CRUZR on the road?

Each state has different rules regarding speed, power and pedal assist/throttle. Please ensure you check and abide by the legislation applicable to the area you will be riding.

Does my CRUZR come with a warranty?

All bikes come with a 12 month warranty on all bike parts. We understand that buying online comes with some uncertainty, so if you ever have any issues just give us a call and we'll work through the warranty process to make it as easy as possible for you.

Damage to your bike caused by misuse is not covered under warranty. Any modifications made or misuse of your bike will void the warranty.

Do you offer shipping?

We offer free assembly and pickup from our warehouse in Coolum Beach, QLD.
