We’re all about good vibes and fun rides - but we also want you around to enjoy the next one.
Before you roll out, take a minute to get set up and ride smart.

Protect your noggin

Always wear a properly fitted, Australian-approved helmet.
It’s required under Australian road rules - and it’s the smartest thing you’ll put on today.

Do a quick once-over

Before every ride, give your bike a quick check:

  • Bolts tight

  • Tyres pumped

  • Brakes working properly

  • Battery secure

Takes 30 seconds. Saves a world of hurt.

Electrical & Battery Safety

Your e-bike’s electrical system and battery are key safety components - treat them with care.

  • Always use the charger supplied with your bike

  • Follow manufacturer instructions for charging, storage, and handling

  • Avoid charging near heat sources, moisture, or flammable materials

  • Do not use the bike or battery if damage, swelling, or unusual behaviour is observed

Some CRUZR models utilise electrical systems and battery packs certified to recognised international safety standards.
Certification details are provided on individual product pages.

No drinks. No drama.

Riding under the influence isn’t safe - and it may be illegal depending on where you’re riding.
Keep your balance. Keep your judgement sharp.

Respect the limits

Every bike has a maximum load rating.
Stick to it - it’s there for your safety and to keep the bike handling as designed.

Ride for the conditions

Rain, sand, gravel, traffic, trails - conditions change fast.
Adjust your speed, stay alert, and ride within your ability.

The road (or trail) always wins arguments.

Know your local rules

E-bike rules vary between states and territories, and may differ depending on the type of bike and where it’s used.

It’s your responsibility to understand and follow the rules that apply to you.

The fine print (still plain English)

E-bikes are fun - but like any bike, they can be dangerous if ridden carelessly.

CRUZR can’t predict every situation, surface, or rider decision.
You’re responsible for riding within your ability, following local laws, and using your bike as intended.

Push limits or skip safety basics, and the risk is on you.

In short

Helmet on.
Eyes up.
Common sense in gear.

That’s the CRUZR way 🤙
